We took this course in Charlottesville this June and it was amazing! Maryanne is a great instructor and the meditation exercises throughout the course left us relaxed and recharged.

Been using what we learned this summer and I can attest that it's working for us! My husband and I plan to attend a repeat class at Virginia Beach, VA, USA in October.
